2. Eligibility
By booking an art class or event through our website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or guardian if booking for a child.
3. Classes, Events and Descriptions
We aim to ensure that all descriptions of our classes and events are clear and accurate. However, Glena Art Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, or content where necessary. All times, durations, and details provided are approximate and subject to change.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
5. Booking Acceptance
Your booking constitutes an offer to attend a class or event. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us, confirmed by an email booking confirmation.
6. Attendance
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your class or event. We reserve the right to refuse admission if you arrive significantly late, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. International Guests
International guests are welcome, but please ensure you can travel legally to attend our classes or events in the UK. Glena Art Studio is not responsible for any travel arrangements, visas, or accommodation.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or event to receive a full refund or to reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date if available.
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Glena Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
9. Liability for Events
Glena Art Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to our premises. We do not accept liability for any injury or loss incurred during attendance, except where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and all materials provided during classes or events — including images, artworks, course content, and logos — are the property of Glena Art Studio or our content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
